Information Slide #1 Date that they were born and date that they died (if applicable) Lived/Raised in what city/state/country? Did they have a family of their own? Did your artist/band have a higher education (beyond 12th grade)? Did they pursue another career in addition to music?

Information Slide #2 Use this slide to outline a few points about your artist What time period did they write and perform in? What instruments did they play? What are some of their most popular songs (name 2 or more songs)?

Information Slide #3 When did they begin making music (if it’s a band, specify when the band started playing together and also when each member pursued music)? Did anyone inspire or guide them? If so, who were they and how did they help them? Has your artist inspired any other musicians?
