Blue House to Haddricks Mill: What now? What sort of a city do we want to live in? How do we get around? What sort of a city do we want our children to inherit? What do we need to change to achieve it? Talk about hopes and aspirations When we know what we want, how do we turn that vision into reality? - lots of actions, some big, some small Some examples: tackling the school run: making it easier, safer to walk or cycle to school can reduce traffic (noise, pollution, emissions) and its healthier experimental temporary road closures to cars in some residential areas: see how it works, could make neighbourhoods more pleasant by keeping through traffic on main roads and making walking and cycling a more attractive option
