Oh man! That sounds hard. I hope I don’t have to do it by myself See SIP Plan Oh man! That sounds hard. I hope I don’t have to do it by myself Science Subcommittee Reading Subcommittee Math Subcommittee Writing Subcommittee

What will WE do in our meeting? Determine the GREATEST area of need for your subgroup Review the SIP and determine what key Processes to use in order to meet our goal Look for ways to measure the effectiveness of key processes that are already in place OR create new process checks. Create actions steps in order to implement the key processes.

How will WE improve the SIP?? Goal: What you want to achieve Key Process: A research based strategy Measureable Process Check: a way to measure effectiveness and assess progress of the key process Action Steps: Clearly provides guidance for the implementation of Key Process

Measureable Process Checks (Oh My) Who Verb Tool When Impact on Future

Samples of Measureable Process Checks: Key Process: PLT’s will collaborate and plan differentiated instruction to meet the needs of all students in subgroups Measureable Process Check: PLT’s will review and analyze blue diamond data bi-weekly in order to determine effectiveness of instruction
