In fact, God has always existed. He has no beginning and no end. That kind of blows your mind—doesn’t it? But here’s something even more mind-blowing: God exists in three different forms at the very same time—God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. Together, they’re called the Trinity.

There is no limit to his understanding.” It’s about God the Father again. The last riddle was about the Father’s presence, but this one seems to be about His power and understanding.

There’s nothing too hard for God the Father to do. He can split a sea in two. He can make bread rain down from the sky. He could even do a bazillion push-ups with the whole Earth on His back if He wanted!

There’s nothing that God the Father doesn’t know. He knows the number of hairs on your head. He knows your thoughts and feelings. He even knows the answer to the hardest math problem in the world!

(Sit or kneel near kids.) God the Father is all-present, all-powerful, and all-knowing; but here’s the best part about the Father: He’s all-loving! In fact, He loves you so much, He couldn’t stand the idea of sin separating you from Him. The Father’s love is so great, that He sent His only Son, Jesus, to die for you so that you could be with Him forever.

Not only are the Father’s abilities unlimited, His love is unfailing Not only are the Father’s abilities unlimited, His love is unfailing! And because of that we can trust Him with our lives. In fact, that’s exactly what David said in the Book of Psalms. (Encourage kids to open their Bibles to Psalm 25:1. Be prepared to give younger kids more time and assistance in finding the verse. When ready, choose a kid to read it aloud or read it aloud yourself while the kids follow along.)
