Intrapersonal Intelligence A.K.A. Self Smart!

We are Self Smart when we… Need time to process information. Think about our own thinking. Have strong opinions and beliefs. Are introspective.

We are Self Smart when we… Know ourselves well. Like quiet time alone. Analyze our range of emotions. Express our inner-selves. Hold strong opinions and beliefs.

We are Self Smart when we… Dream, fantasize, recall memories. Maintain self-confidence. Know our own strengths and weaknesses. Set goals.

We are Self Smart when we… Motivate and direct ourselves. Work independently.

If we are self smart…. We learn well when we are given time to process information, formulate ideas, and reflect on our own learning.
