Background DSS in 2012 (for LFS): Europe 2020 headline indicators: prevent breaks in time series at least from 2010 'no break' = impact smaller than 1 decimal digit for Employment rate 20-64 Early leavers from education and training 18-24 Share of population 30-34 with tertiary educational attainment

Core LFS weight revisions No (need to implement) revisions (11 countries): BE, DK, FR, NL, SI, FI, SE, IS, NO, CH, MK Evaluation not finished yet: TR Revisions (21 countries): BG, CZ, DE, EE, IE, EL, ES, HR, IT, CY, LT, LV, LU, HU, MT, AT, PL, PT, RO, SK, UK

Core LFS weight revisions Exercise started May 2012, not completely finished yet 16 countries: revision at least back to 2010, disseminated LU special case: only yearly weights so far 4 countries revised back to 2011 only: CZ, in principle also SK – fulfilling criteria DE – 2010 data announced already BG – 1 pp. difference for employment rate in 2011, no data for 2010 announced yet

Core LFS weight revisions Bulgaria is asked to inform the LAMAS Working Group about its plans regarding the 2010 back-data weight revision

Impact on LFS ad-hoc modules 2014 OK, 2013 5 countries pending Previous years: mostly not done yet (exceptions: BG, CZ, CY, LT, PL, SK (all years of core revision), EE (back to 2005), IE (back to 2009), LV (back to 2011)) Approach at national level?
