Students should click on “Get Started” This is the first screen students will see when they go to https://fresnostatechoicecard.higheroneaccount.com/ Students should click on “Get Started”
After students have selected the “Get Started” option, they will see this page prompting them to enter in their Fresno State Choice Card number
The next page will require students to enter the security code found on their Fresno State Choice Card, and the last five digits of the SSN for identification verification. They will also need to provide an email address for logging in The next page will allow students to select how they will receive their financial aid/refunds, and it provides the turn-around process and time for each selection.
If the student selects “Same day deposit to OneAccount”, they will see this screen next that will give them their account options.
