What happens next Project implementation – Lead partners Meet with assigned JS Desk Officer and Financial officer Discuss implementation of the project’s work plan and tasks.

What happens next Inception document – 2nd call Lead partners Meet with assigned JS Desk Officer and Financial officer Discuss hands-on operationalisation of the project’s work plan. Ideally, the inception document will create a “road map” for a projects to follow with a view to circumventing a slow project start and subsequent delays in the project’s implementation.

What happens next The inception document is expected to focus on expected results, ensuring quality control, under-spending avoidance, and realistic project activities targets.
