RESOURCES OLIVES It along with wheat ,figs ,and grapes it is one of the few plants that can grow in the hilly/mountainy terrain of Greece so their-for it is very important to them. SHIP They could not grow many crops in Greece so the ship could be used as a trading mechanism or for carrying things that are used for trading.
