The public sector ESA 2010 paragraphs 20.303-320 define the public sector An aggregate formed from the ESA structure Second step in sector classification is to determine whether a unit is public or private sector If public, we then decide whether it is S.13 or not

The public sector Public sector = General government (GG) + public corporations (non-financial & financial) → Central bank (sub-sector S.121) is in the public financial corporations sub-sector
