Current Employment Figures 39% decrease in youth unemployment age 16 – 24 years in one calendar year.

Job Families Focus on a job ‘family’ rather than ONE job. E.g. “I would like to work in the health sector” rather than “I am going to be a nurse”. Gives greater flexibility Opens up variety of routes and positions. Choose school subjects accordingly. Allows a ‘back – up plan’
