Transnational cooperation: The context. Several successive approvals involving several Member States Approval of TC projects rests with the MAs. Improving the administrative implementation of transnational cooperation According to Article 39.5 of the Commission Regulation (EC) …/2006 "Member States shall communicate to the Commission the approved transnational cooperation projects"; The European Rural Network will play a supporting role by establishing a common project database on projects under approval.
