There is also a “cost” set of scores in order to adjust where necessary, and a bottom line to be adjusted in the event that a cost adjustment is required on scoring the Idea. Scoring panel has URL of scoring which should embed in PDF export. The score is also graded for cost – that needs to be looked up, since it shows all three case scenarios (including whether large or not) to grade the pass and state pass or fail on each case.
