Community Professionals/ Services Family The Developing Child Our approach Early Years work with children and families pre birth 12 yrs universal and secondary sector - vulnerable and disadvantaged backgrounds Our work is child centred and family centred We work in partnership with : children and families , universal , secondary and tertiary services Child is at the centre - shared interest of ‘ outcomes of the child and best interest ‘ Family – we work in partnership family not in isolation Services – as providers we know we can achieve more together , wrap around services , knowing what's out there Community – better outcomes achieved by linking families into the community supports Partnerships ‘working together for a shared interest’
