The Campus Fitness Center July 1, 2019 12:00pm–12:50pm TABATA Peggy 5:15pm–6:05pm GROUP CYCLING CORE & CONDITIONING Steve 5:15pm – 6:00pm YOGA Gail Additional Fees Apply 7:15am–7:45am SYNRGY CIRCUIT Galen 5:45pm–6:15pm CHISEL 11:00am–12:00pm FIT CAMP TABATA : A 30 minute interval training class for all levels followed by 15 minutes of core training and stretching GROUP CYCLING: Enjoy an indoor cycling class designed to help you build your cardiovascular fitness. CORE & CONDITIONING : A class that will condition your entire body but also develop core strength and stability. YOGA: A beginner to moderate level Yoga class designed to reduce stress, and build flexibility, and strength. SYNRGY CIRCUIT: Join us for a fun and efficient 30 minutes class that builds strength, stamina and burns fat. CHISEL: A full body workout that uses strength and interval training to help you improve total body conditioning. FIT CAMP: An advanced small group training class designed to build strength, building muscle and burn fat.
