Production Support Resolved over 5,000 tickets since March 25, 2019. Conducted 40+ on-site visits and webinars. Upcoming: OEL IT Support Portal launch. Releases Deployed nine releases since March 25, 2019. Upcoming planned releases: R4.1.4 and R4.2.
