PSEG Energy $aver Program Eligibility Criteria:   Existing municipal, non- profit, and small to mid-sized commercial and industrial facilities with a peak electric demand that did not exceed 200 kW in any of the preceding 12 months in Urban Enterprises Zones are eligible to participate in the Direct Install Program. PSEG verifies eligibility for the customers.   Systems and Equipment covered under program: Lighting and Lighting Controls Refrigeration and Controls HVAC (Package, Split, Heat Pump) Boilers and Water Heaters (Gas, Propane and Oil) HVAC Controls, Water and Insulation Cooking and Food Services Appliances Program Pays for 100% of measure cost and customer is responsible for 30%, which they typically repay on bill at 0% interest in 36 months payment. Generally customers bill go down even after adding 30% payment, hence cash flow positive.  

Benefit of PSE&G Energy $aver Program BENEFITS No Upfront Project cost : PSE&G pays 100% of project cost and customer repay on bill 0% finance 30% of their contribution in 36 months Turnkey Process - A network of selected participating contractors addresses your project from start to finish, beginning with an assessment of your facility, and ending with the installation of eligible energy-efficient equipment. Minimal Cost – Customer’s share of the project’s cost will be approximately 30%, the program pays the remaining 70%. Most importantly, no money down, as PSEG pays 100% project cost from beginning. With incentives so dramatic, Generally net cash flow positive from day 1. Fast Turnaround Time - Project installations are typically completed within 90 days from the time of scheduling your energy assessment. Ongoing Savings - Your new energy-efficient equipment will provide savings for years to come through dramatically reduced energy costs on your monthly utility bills. Upgrade Existing Equipment - All the new selected equipment is required to meet ASHRAE 90.1 2013, which is a state Energy Code.
