Please come back from lunch and breaks on time so we can stay on schedule. * Provide me with honest constructive feedback to help me improve my skills. * Active participation in the training. Please share your stories and experiences. * If you do not understand something I am saying, please ask me for clarification. * I want participants to get the most out of the training. If you do not feel you are getting anything from the training, please talk to me at a break. *   The room is comfortable for everyone. That I have the flexibility to move around in the room so I do not get stiff. That what I train or teach can help make people’s lives better. That the agenda and schedule is realistic.
