“The Belt and Road” Think-tank International Students Training Program 4 国际交流与合作 The International Cooperation “The Belt and Road” Think-tank International Students Training Program In 2014, HIT established the “The Belt and Road” Think-tank international students training supported by Chinese Ministry of Commerce Scholarship and Chinese Government. This program focuses on the policies, public opinions monitoring and implementation schemes, carries out teaching and research work with the demand of governments, society and enterprises and opens to senior civil servants. This program has involved 300 international students with in 15 events.
