An innovative clinical research centre in the field of diabetes, Providing patient care (as an outpatient structure of the Hospital) and therapeutic education Performing clinical translational and applied research at the service of diabetic patients  CERITD: a business/industrial partner bringing to EIT Health as partner established experience and expertise in clinical and technological research ( 93 clinical studies) Proven innovation capability in technology and in care organization and care monitoring Effective capability to act from research to patient care (2 products marketed – 1 very close to market) Expertise and therapeutic patient education programs Strong connection with patients, users and collaborations with authorities

CERITD expects from EIT Health network Centre d’Etudes et de Recherches pour l’Intensification du Traitement du Diabète CERITD expects from EIT Health network Take part to a European innovative community of players addressing all the steps of the care continuum for chronic pathologies like diabetes. Give access to other interested EITH members to our clinical competence, diabetic patients and our technologies. To participate to the EITH activities and calls for tender with opportunity to propose and lead some new collaborative and innovative projects with the EIT health support Current priorities To bring as fast as possible the innovations to the patient and the market (technological innovations, care organization , therapeutic education program). More specifically, our current priorities are: Artificial Pancreas Diabetes type 2 early prediction
