How to Consent to Receiving Electronic Disclosures How to Electronically Sign Your Loan Disclosures

You will receive an email identical to the one above. You will need to setup an account and provide authorization to receive electronic documents before you can access your loan disclosures. You will receive an email identical to the one above. Click the link next to the RED arrow as shown above. You will be prompted to create an account, which will allow you to create a password. Make sure you remember your password as you will need it for future use throughout the process.

Input ONLY the Street Number of the subject property. Input your First & Last name. You will now create a password. It must be entered twice. You can use any password you want. Then click “Create My Account.”

You will be brought to this screen, which alerts you that an account activation link has been sent to you via email. In your email inbox you will find your account activation email. The subject line should say: WebCenter Account Activation Request

Once you’ve located the account activation email in your inbox, click the link that says: Click Here to Activate This Account

You will be prompted to input your password you previously created. Once you have entered your password, click the button that says: Activate New Account

You will be brought to the home page screen, after clicking Activate My Account. You are now ready to provide your eConsent authorization!

Click on the “View” button to access your Electronic Signature Consent Agreement.

Simply click the “I Agree” button at the bottom of the screen.

Click “Done” to return to the ePortal home page.

Once you are back to your homepage, you should see the “Consent Accepted” button in green with a check mark next to it.

How to Electronically Sign Your Loan Disclosures

Once your disclosures have been prepared and sent to you electronically, you’ll receive an e-mail that says: Electronic Loan Document Request To access your documents, open the e-mail and simply click the link that says: Click Here to Visit the Website

You will now be prompted to enter your email address and password you previously created. Once you’ve entered your login information, click the “Login” button.

You will see two different tasks on this screen. The 1st task is labeled eSign Documents. These are your electronic disclosures. To access your disclosures, click the button that says eSign. ***PLEASE NOTE *** The 2nd task is labeled, Print, Sign, and Upload Documents. You DO NOT need to print these documents. You will receive a separate email containing these documents, along with an option to sign them electronically.

Once you’ve clicked the eSign button you will see the screen shown below. You will be asked to input an authorization code. The authorization code is 2036 Once you have input 2036 simply click “Next.”

You are now ready to start signing your disclosures electronically. Simply click “Next,” to start.

Click “Start”, once your first disclosure pops up.

After clicking start you will be taken to the first signature box. Simply click the yellow box labeled “Sign.”

After clicking the first yellow box labeled sign you will see this pop-up window open. Click the blue “Adopt & Sign” button. After clicking “Adopt and Sign,” the pop-up window will close and will default back to your disclosures. Simply continue clicking on the yellow signature fields labeled “Sign.” Each time you do so, you will automatically be taken to the next signature box. Repeat these steps until you reach the end of your document set. Once you have reached the last page of your disclosures, click the blue “Finish.”

You will then be returned to the home screen. The “eSigned” button has turned GREEN. This indicates that your disclosures have been successfully signed! Follow the same steps for loans with more than one applicant.

Congratulations! You have successfully signed your electronic disclosures!
