Neal’s meeting agenda format The Schedule with particular attention to how we have diverged from the plan as discussed the previous week. The plan for the next week or two showing the impact of the divergence and the plan to compensate, along with the activities for each team member. The Risk Matrix with particular attention to high risk issues, and those with a trigger date within the next week or two, and the readiness to implement mitigation or contingency plans. Other issues that are of concern.  This may drive new issues for the risk matrix.
