Bid Evaluation and Award Preliminary Examination: - UNOPS may reject or exclude Bids that : do not comply with the ITB requirements, are incomplete, frivolous, contain material deviation or reservation to the terms of contract Evaluation:- Bids will be evaluated according to Section III of the ITB. Evaluation Procedure:- two step procedure 1st Step: Technical compliance A “pass / fail” method based on objective criteria 2nd step: Financial Bids found to be technically compliant will be evaluated on Price and value for money Analyzing all relevant cost Risks and benefits of each bid NOTE: All three bridges will be awarded to the successful bidder
