Murray Bridge Library has been using Proscribe since late 2018   We have found improvements to our library service re: Community Engagement Event Management Customer Participation Customer Awareness Intelligence for all the above.

Like us, most libraries need multiple (disparate) systems to do the following: Let customers tell us what they want How do you know who wants to know about Lego club, or Tech for seniors…? Reach customers…(Email, SMS, voice, App, Facebook, Twitter, etc) Send urgent or scheduled targeted messages…but not have to mess around with getting each contact type Create & manage events Need to cancel an event?…but not have to mess around with getting the contact info for each attendee Automatically introduce new customers our services Welcome new customers…but no effort whatever contact method they gave us

Intelligent Messaging Engine (IME) Customer Interests Event Management Survey Management Request attendee pre-confirmations (to sure up attendee numbers) Inform just those registered about changes to an event (cancellation, change of venue etc.) Allow additional guests and ask for their name, age etc Let customers subscribe to exactly what interests them Target messages to reach just those who want them Private survey: Invite those who attended an event to offer their feedback, such as their thoughts re the venue, the speaker, would they attend again etc Set up a general survey that’s open to all customers Intelligent Messaging Engine (IME) (reaches just the right group of customers whenever you send a message) Customers Social Media

Proscribe calendar integrates nicely with Reverse SMS Every time a customer taps the link in their SMS notice to check, Murray Bridge can promote our library events using our live calendar

Event Management System (EMS) We found the Proscribe EMS has lots of comparable advantages, for eg: The ability to copy and paste entire events and merely adjust values to create a new event Set & forget a pre-event confirmation request Invite just those who attended an event to answer a quick survey about it (did you like the venue…? etc) Automated waiting-list management All leveraging the Intelligent Messaging Engine

Event Management System We found the Proscribe EMS has lots of comparable advantages: Pre-confirmation requests: to sure up the numbers to an event (saves embarrassment!) The Intelligent Messaging Engine manages how to reach each customer whenever you send a message!

Many admin features Everything is configurable, for eg: Auto send a welcome message when a customer joins the library (Intelligent Messaging Engine manages the delivery) Allow certain staff to only set events, only send messages etc Send your message simultaneously to social media Live reports to see what customers are doing
