Georgia in the 20th Century Group Activity Directions: Groups have been chosen based on your pretest Each group will choose a group leader Each group will be assigned a standard/element(s) Research Monday March 4th through Wednesday March 6th; Put together presentation Thursday March 7th through Friday March 8th
Each day: Research Complete Daily objectives Checklist (individual and group grades) Group Leader speaks to teachers Each group 2 computers to work with If have problems need to be addressed; if off task group leader will address and if not fixed can effect group grade Complete Daily Objective Checklist; turn in folder each day
By end of period Friday March 8th Completed presentation must be ready to go for Monday Go through checklist to ensure everything was covered appropriately Go through graphic organizer to ensure everything will be filled in and there is enough information Questions?

Grading for Georgia in the 20th Century Group Activity The following grades will be taken for the Summative Grading Category • Grade for the final presentation 100% • History Standards 8, 9, and 10 100% • History Standard 12 and Economic Standard 12 100% The following grades will be taken for the Formative Grading Category • Separate grades for each completed graphic organizer 100% * Each Individual Grade for completed daily objectives checklist 100% • Group grade for completed daily objectives checklist 100%
