Presentation transcript:

Project #2: IoT and augmented reality: agents with pervasive awareness, appearance, and abilities REU Students: Kendra Richards & Nikhil Mahalanobis  Graduate mentors: Dr. Kangsoo Kim Faculty mentor(s): Dr. Gregory Welch, Dr. Gerd Bruder Week #4 (June 17 – June 20, 2019) Accomplishments: Setup the lighting Practiced experiment Started running test trials Continued Work on the paper Problem & Solutions Tracking physiological responses is a very difficult way to collect data Since the responses are slow, and very hard to timestamp we are not going to work with this data Lighting Pointed a dim spotlight at the boxes so they were visible to the holo-lense camera. Limited the lighting to the boxes, and kept as little on the person as possible. Plans for next week: run trials. Data collection Data analysis finish the research paper(s)
