An Overview of Migration Flows from Cuba 2013 113 refugee status applications received 18 applicants were granted refugee status Migration flows are continuous. The number of applications has decreased: Refugee status applications are not processed; No continuity in the process (applicants do not show up for the interview); Applicants continue their journey toward their final destination.
