Key Findings (from 78 patient responses received) Most customers (90%) rated the services they received from both pharmacist & staff as very good. It is notable that all customers felt we were polite and took the time to listen and answered your queries. In response to the question about our advisory role and disposal of waste medicines 90% of you who received these services reported we provided them very well. Key Findings (from 78 patient responses received) Only two comments were made to further improve our service to you: ‘need to provide more chairs in waiting area of shop’; ‘sometimes stock in both shop and dispensary is too low’ Many of you wanted to tell us we are ‘a vital service in the local community’.
