Introductions Interview your partner: Find out as much as you can about them in 2 minutes, by asking questions. Write the facts down, as you find them out Flipchart goals/objectives from this workshop INTRODUCTIONS EXERCISE REVIEW above slide (MANUAL – page 7). EMPHASISE that:- - Only use the information you find out in the 2 mins. – ignore anything you know about them already - Trainer to start and stop the 2 mins - Write down all the facts you find out Once completed one way, SWAP OVER and repeat ASK delegates to COUNT the number of facts gained about the other person REVIEW numbers around the room, and COMMENT on the variations in numbers - how much information is gleaned, and the detail. Q What is the point of the exercise in relation to this course? A In recruitment interviewing we are trying to establish as much information as possible in a short period of time, to base a recruitment decision on.
