Synthesis Writing Preparation Tomorrow: Last major piece of writing for the year 36 points in the gradebook Full class to write After That: Thursday = film make-up day Modern Britain 12.5 days remaining

Pt. 1 -- Brainstorming Prompt: Drawing upon any text of British origin, describe how the role of women in Britain has changed over time. Task: Take 5 minutes to jot down some initial thoughts to this prompt.

Pt. 2 – Anglo-Saxons/Middle Ages Texts: Beowulf Wife of Bath’s Tale Sir Gawain and the Green Knight Task: Take 5 minutes w/ your group to describe women’s roles based on these texts.
