Audience User first, user back (using data) The playbook for “user first” needs to be created by doing, learning and sharing Technology is an enabler, not the objective (and not necessarily prerequisite) The untapped opportunities for user revenue are best tapped through the local relationship (the relationship of the user’s choice) Being clear on outcome objectives, individually and collectively, is essential at the start to guide and drive the way ----- Where, in all of this, is the need for collective action?
