Task Force Highlights (2/2) Fab & Equipment Information Security TF There were 5 times TF meetings to discuss the draft of SNARF after last I&C TC meeting which was held on September 7, 2019. TC Chapter authorized SNARF “New Standards: Specification for Computing System Security of Fab Equipment”
