My opinion of value-first hand Cost savings in using LOGIQC - through organisation, management, monitoring and structured systems, induction and orientation. Staff’s time is under estimated as a cost e.g. the time taken on the constant ‘paper warfare’, looking for documents, scrambling for HR and training records, compliance documents and audits. Often left until the last moment and then there is a mad scramble. Lack of document control- numerous versions Repetitive documentation and information Not to forget - the anxiety and stress on staff when they are scrambling to get ready, like cramming for an exam.
