Malachi 3:2 “But who can endure the Day of His coming? Who can stand when He appears? For He will be like a refiner’s fire or a launderer’s soap.”

Malachi 4:1 “Surely the Day is coming; it will burn like a furnace. All the arrogant and every evildoer will be stubble, and the Day that is coming will set them on fire,” says the Lord Almighty. “Not a root or a branch will be left to them.”

Although it’s well-known that the Sun can cause burns and medical conditions, more is being discovered about the healing qualities of sunlight…especially in treating those with depression and Seasonal Affective Disorders.

Luke 1: 76-79 “…You will go on before the Lord to prepare the way for Him, to give His people the knowledge of salvation     through the forgiveness of their sins, because of the tender mercy of our God,     by which the rising sun will come to us from Heaven to shine on those living in darkness and in the shadow of death, to guide our feet into the path of peace.”

Another idea to think about during the Day of the Lord and as the Millennium dawns on Earth is of many graves bursting open. These “stalls” will no longer hold the righteous saints of the Lord!

Although there will be Gentile Christians living during the, “Millennium” Reign of Christ on Earth. Much of this time will be about honoring the many Old Testament prophecies that put Jerusalem/Israel at the center of the world, with God as King.

What will The Day of the Lord bring for you? Fire of judgment or Healing rays of the Son? Arrogant, Evil-doer, & Wicked or God-fearer? Devastated Ashes or New life and Joy? A Day of Fear or A Day of Forgiveness?
