Assessment of LoA Proposed date: 31 Oct – 04 Nov 2016 Objectives: Identify the success (income increase, reduce agro chemical, women participation, market linkage and supports to MAFF policy), lesson learnt and issue encountered need to be addressed. Identify subprojects to be upsclaed. The result will be used in upcoming policy formulation on GMS value chains and sharing in the GMS.

The main features of the Assessment Relevance - how well is TA 8163-LoA aligned to current and new country strategies for food safety and climate friendly agriculture; Efficiency – TA-LoA implementation, timeliness, and operationally how well the inputs are being used to achieve the outputs Effective – what results have been achieved – related to Design and Monitoring Framework (DMF)

Preparation Update project status (physical and financial progress). Prepare key note for the success, lesson learnt, activities to be upscaled. Project document. Project Photo. Select good demonstration for assessment. Arrange farmer's group to meet with assessment. Officers in charge of assessment mission during field visit.
