On your whiteboard: What is the Kingdom of God? Answer as fully as possible – fill your whiteboard!

Look through your Kingdom parables… When will the kingdom come? – jot down any references that suggest when it will be

What is Eschatology? Beliefs about how the current world will end. Usually involves world destruction, the afterlife (heaven and hell?), the Parousia (second coming of Christ), resurrection of the dead, last judgement, and everything returning to a state that God wants. Huge variety of Christian views on these events. For instance, some think it will happen any day now, some that it will be much later, and some that these ideas are merely symbolic. Who would think this?
