Of Mice and Men Character Analysis Presentation By Ms. Verge

Directions Analyze your assigned character by finding two quotes each. Blend/integrate the quote and include the page number and then connect the quote to one of the following themes: The Futility of the American Dream The need for friendship The need for dreams The pain of loneliness

Lennie Small Lennie are George are foil for each other. Lennie’s huge size and limited intelligence contrast George’s smaller size and sharper personality.

Lennie Small Lennie’s strength so overpowered Curley that Curley looked “like a fish on a line” with his “fist lost in Lennie’s paw”(page ) by A. Verge The author John Steinbeck uses animal imagery to convey Lennie’s strength and simple, animal-like instincts.
