Huge flowers By Paris Naday

Wouldnt it be funny if all the flowers were so huge you needed five acres of land in order to grow one! Hardly anyone would be able to grow any. Isnt it lovely that they are so small everyone can grow them.

My image magnificent is not a man a woman, a house with a picket fence or a television. You wont find it under the carpet in an old house, steeped in wine in a small jar under a xmas tree, under your bed or walking in the park. It isnt hiding.

If you die, and you let your body fall wherever it dies and stay there wherever that is… maybe draped over the counter at the shop where you work, or at the wheel of your car parked up a tree in your driveway…didnt quite make it... Or lying on a sunset beach with the waves gently tugging at your clothes. Wherever it is if you leave it there and let it naturally decompose maybe dying is like sighing aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaagagggghhhhhh hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

Wild life. When I woke up this morning the sun had risen the grass that held me gently off the ground was still wet. The air went in and out like silk between my legs the house of the mouse in my garden tumbled down in front of my spade and my eyes a galah I tried to save had died and the mango tree smelt like essential oil of heaven when I flew past the moon last night the sun had set.

In haven ( a place for the saved), the roads were long and full of birds and the carcasses of animals slain by the big huge monsters with two yellow eyes that come at night on the long black line that separates us from each other. The tall white people call these monsters cares, and sit inside them. Some of us thought that the long black line was a long black snake and the tall white shepherds with one red eye stood guard on either side. I heard tales from others that the black snakes were everywhere, dividing, isolating, destroying… and they breed faster than guinea pigs.

Air The imprint of air in rock calls a wind as huge as the ocean to show you your wings The wave of a petal in the breeze fills your loins with sweet nectar. My breath whispering past your lips brings you bliss. The air holds you up.

Dear lovers I am the opal in your mind turn me this way turn me that way see how I change colour. I am the fire in your heart do not fear me I shall not harm you (Though you may burn away completely). I am the granite in your soul I keep you here though you may wander (sometimes the weights too hard to bear). I am the water in your body release flow begon.

like unraveling wool a gate keeps opening and banging shut someone coughs a cat scratches a wind dies and there is light from dead stars still travelling
