Recently our school was nominated as a Blue Ribbon school. The application is complete for hopes of further recognition. Thank you for being a huge part of Griffis Elementary. Beginning May 1 there will be no more charging in the cafeteria in order to get all negative accounts paid by the end the school year. Please make sure your child/children have money in their lunch accounts at all times. Thank you! Parents, if you are parking and walking your students to the door, please remember to use the crosswalk to make sure everyone remains safe.    School starts at 8:00 Students are tardy after 8:00 School ends at 3:30 Snacks brought to school must be store bought. Children must be fever free and diarrhea free for 24hrs before returning to school. If your child is absent, please send a note to the office the day after return.
