Guiding Principles A “Perfect” PiT Count is: Safe Respectful Effective Engaging A Team Effort!

Role of the PiT Count Coordinator Do Don’t Assign HQ Volunteers clear roles and responsibilities, prior to the count Keep an oversight of the PiT Count through open and frequent communication; keep track of progress. Become overly involved in administrative tasks such as calling Teams, registering Volunteers or collecting surveys Delegate issues of safety to HQ Volunteers
