There is more than one way to create a Sheet In Drive Click on +New Click on the > by Sheets Blank or Template Click on the “waffle” (Google Apps tool) Click on Sheets Blank, Template, or previously created

Formatting Data Click on Format You have many options Text wrapping Alternating colors Conditional formatting Many more
Filtering Data Allows you to sort in multiple ways Click on Or highlight the column(s) you want to sort and click on at the top of the column Can sort ascending (A-Z) or descending (Z-A)

Creating Charts Click on Insert Click on Chart Customize your chart using the menus on the right hand side Each chart has its own three dots! Move chart to its own sheet Copy or save chart
Protecting a Range Protecting a range means you can allow collaborators to edit certain pieces of data Click on Data Click on Protected sheets and ranges Follow the directions in the box on the right side to define cells and set permissions
Data Validation Data validation allows you to choose what kind of data can be entered into certain cells Click on Data Click on Data Validation Follow the directions in the center box to choose what type of data and parameters for that data
