Caryl Community Center Article 15 Renovation Project $3.4 million

Project Components Provide efficient temperature control – replace ventilating systems, equipment, and controls ADA improvements to bring CCC up to building code: install small elevator at back entrance, an exterior ramp to landing, re-grade walkway at front, make accessible doorways, exits, sinks, counters, fire alarms, exit signs, etc.

Project components………continued Electrical upgrades – replace 1971 switchgear and panels; replace fire alarm system; upgrade hallway lighting Common area improvements – replace florring in hallways and stairways; install acoustical ceiling tiles in hallways

Tax Impact Total Estimated Cost: $3.4 million, if performed as a single integrated project Tax impact : Assumptions: Standard issue (equal principal, declining interest); 20 year bond; 2017 median single family home value of $932,250; 2017 Valuation: $2,416,519,037 Borrowing Cost at 4.25% Interest Median FY 2021 $174,250 $72.56 First Year FY 2022 $310,888 $130.27 Highest Yeat FY 2041 $173,613 $67.61 Last Year

In closing…… There are no further major infrastructure improvements anticipated after this project This is the last major project that we can foresee for the next 20 years!
