Figure 1 A Super-Enhancer Can Contact Different Promoters in Embryonic Stem Cells and Epiblast Stem Cells Lopes Noves et al. find by promoter-capture Hi-C that some super-enhancers contact different promoters in embryonic stem cells as compared to epiblast stem cells. These different super-enhancer contact preferences are likely due to the presence of different transcriptional regulators at the promoters and enhancers in these related but different cell types.
