(G) Colorectal adenocarcinoma cell lines DLD1 and Caco2 were treated with 0.66 ng/ml TNF. At the indicated time-points, cell lysates were resolved by SDS-PAGE and probed with the specific antibodies indicated. GAPDH was used as a loading control.
