Agenda Introduction: (Alison Jennings & Mark Woodward) Previous minutes National Grid/BGT Unregistered sites 12 month trial: (Chris Warner) Root Cause report Background (Alison Jennings & Mark Woodward) Conclusions and recommendations (All) - Agreement on content - Assign owners to proposals Agree next steps for workgroup Combining the GSR/GSS process (Mark Woodward) Introduction of the new process combining the GSR and GSS processes Statistical Information: (Mark Woodward) Overall industry position with unregistered and shipperless meter points

Combining the GSR and GSS process Current process: For clarification the GSR is where a shipper has removed and withdrawn from a site, the GSS is where a shipper has removed a meter but remains the registered user Networks return Safety visits, where a meter has been found on site, through either the GSR or GSS conquest code The GSR reports are issued out to industry on a bi monthly basis through the PTS and SSP Reports The GSS report is issued out to industry on a monthly basis Changes: To combine the GSR and GSS reports together The conquest GSS code to be disabled The GSS report will now be issued as part of the shipperless bi monthly reports The GSS sites will be issued as part of the GSR shipper specific PTS reports, with a distinction between them detailed on report and issued in accompanying e-mail

Combining the GSR and GSS process E-mail accompanying all the Unregistered and shipperless reports will now say: PTS – Shipperless Sites Report – Shipper Specific This report contains sites where a meter has been found on site following a Gas Safety Visit by the Network Operators. The report contains two categories of work: i) Those showing as “YES” in the field - Live Supply Point, column S – Contain sites where a meter has been found on site whilst in your ownership (column T contains confirmation Number) and therefore require a meter being attached through an RGMA file flow ii) Those showing as “BLANK” in the field - Live Supply Point, column S – Contain sites where, following your removal of meter on UK Link and subsequent withdrawal the Original meter has been found on site Benefits: Networks no longer having to check if site registered, will only be required to send all details through on GSR conquest code Brings together all figures, reports and management under one area Stops the need to transfer details from one report to the other Communication has been issued out to: Conquest Expert User Group (CEUG) General communication Unregistered and shipperless report recipients GSS report recipients
