Broad Run Athletic Booster Club www.BroadRunSports.com Booster Club Programs in 2016-2017 Major enhancements to the athletic facilities and surrounding areas (banners, windscreens, team recognitions) Field and Facilities Maintenance, repairs & enhancements Help with Team uniform replacements Team and General Equipment purchases and replacement Athletic Awards: Varsity Letters, Pins, Plaques, Certificates Post Season travel Coaches’ training, certifications, memberships Athletic Printed Programs Scholarships- up to $10,000 awarded annually Senior Blankets (given to all senior athletes) Concession Stand upgrades/equipment replacement Other Athletic Program needs as required

Volunteers Needed per Night: Concessions: 1st shift – 3 Adults 2nd shift – 3 Adults Ticket Sales 1st Shift – 1 Adult 2nd Shift – 1 Adult Team Breakdown (Nights): Baseball (4) Boys Lacrosse (5) Girls Lacrosse (6) Boys Soccer (5) Girls Soccer (6) Softball (4) Tennis (3) Track & Field (3) If every parent volunteers for ONE shift, no one should have to work more than ONCE.
