A Step By Step Guide For The Users

Follow The Steps Below To Register Or Login To The Site 1. On the right side of the screen, click on the 'Contribute' button.  2. The pop up window for Registration or Login will come up.  3. Select 'Register Now' or 'Login Here' as applicable.

If 'Register Now' is opted by the user, then he/she will be directed to the Registration page. The fields in the Registration form is to be filled up here to proceed further. After filling up the details, click on the 'Save' Button.

If You are already registered, you may login to the site by filling up the details with regards to Username and Password in the Login Page.

Welcome To The Dashboard Of School Learning Resources After logging in, the user will be directed straight to the Dashboard. This area is to be used for adding 'category', 'sub-category' or 'topic' to the website.

To Add A New Subject, Follow The Below Steps Click on the 'Add Category' option on the left side of the screen.  A new field of 'Add Subject' will come up on the right side.  Add the new subject and click on 'Save Subject'. Please write ‘&’ as ‘and’ only in these sections.

For Adding Different Chapters Under The Category Of Respective Subjects, The Following Steps Are To Be Followed Click on the 'Add Subcategory' option on the left side of the screen.  The fields of 'Select Subject' and 'Chapter Name' will come up on the right side.  Select the previously saved subject in the field of 'Select Subject‘.  Add the name of the chapter in the field of 'Chapter Name’ (Please write ‘&’ as ‘and’ only in these sections.) Click on the 'Save' Button.

To Add Files On A New Topic, Follow The Below Steps Click on 'Add Topic' option on the left side of the screen.  On the right side the fields of 'Select Subject', 'Select Chapter' and 'Topic' will come up.  Choose the respective subject and chapter in the fields of 'Select Subject' and 'Select Chapter'. Type down the topic in the field of 'Topic'.  Fill up the categories of - 'Add Video' 'Add PDF' 'Add Articles' in the boxes below.

Points To Note For 'ADD VIDEO' Section Video Link Video Title Rating While adding link in the ‘video link’ section, only the embed codes* of the videos are to be inserted. Direct link of the video will not load on the site. Video Title The ‘Enter Video Title’ section, allows 36 characters with spaces (approximately) and 45 characters without space (approximately). Rating The section of ‘Rating’ allows you to rate the video up to ‘5’ only. Video Description The section of ‘Video Description’ allows approximately 90 characters. *How to find embedded code in next slide

Points To Note For ‘Add PDF’ In the ‘Add PDF’ section, at a time 4 PDF files can be attached. Files within the size of 1 MB each can be included only.

Points To Note For ‘Add Articles’ Section Relevant online articles can be attached in this field. At a time, 4 articles can be included.

This tab is for adding data to the teachers section

You can choose any of the 4 segment from the drop down and then fill the same. This form is identical to the student data fill up form so the process is the same. Once you are done hit the save button.
