Erasmus+ Essential Life Skills “Eat well Plate”

Green salad with chicken Ingredients 250g chicken fillet (chest) 200g lettuce (cut) 200g mini tomatoes 1 bag of croutons 1 clove 80g parmesan cheese For dressing: 60ml olive oil 15ml balsamic vinegar Salt, pepper

We cut the chest in the middle along the length We cut the chest in the middle along the length. Then cut it into slices.We add the garlic and 2 tablespoons of olive oil to a good non-stick pan and place it on a moderate heat. Once the garlic begins to quench add the chicken and cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring frequently to cook the chicken pieces from both sides. Then remove them and we prepare the salad.

Then we washed the lettuce and let it dry Then we washed the lettuce and let it dry. After we cut it and put it in the bowl. Add cheese and the tomatoes and mix them. On top we add the chicken parmesan and croutons. Finally we added the oil and the balsamic vinegar.

The advantages of such a dish are many: it is economical, light, nutritious, very healthy and of course very easy to get ready! Its a healthy choice with your lunch or dinner because contains lettuce and baked chicken breast. It is a combination of healthy and hearty meal.
