LT. Cunningham’s Class This week in: We are learning: Reading: We will not start a new story this week. We will take a test on This story on Tuesday, then we are going to learn about Valentine’s Day and work on comprehension strategies. Math: We will be working on any test corrections for the chapter 6 division test. Then, we will be completing the pre-test for patterns and sequences. Towards the middle of the week, we will work more on reviewing with valentines activities. Science: We are going to start learning about moon phases and how these affect the earth. Important Reminders News February 14-18th is a grading period break. No School February 19th beginning of the 5th grading period February 22nd report cards and School Dance No homework this week! No spelling for the This month No spelling for the This month. We are working on our typing skills instead. Spelling City Students will take a pretest on Mondays. If they get all of the words on the pretest correct, then they don’t have to take a post test. Fridays are spelling test days and the results will be sent home either that day or Monday. You can also go online to see your student’s scores on activities and tests!
