Translation O my Lord, Çré Kåñëa, son of Vasudeva, O all-pervading Personality of Godhead, I offer my respectful obeisances unto You. I meditate upon Lord Çré Kåñëa because He is the Absolute Truth and the primeval cause of all causes of the creation, sustenance and destruction of the manifested universes. He is directly and indirectly conscious of all manifestations, and He is independent because there is no other cause beyond Him. It is He only who first imparted the Vedic knowledge unto the heart of Brahmäjé, the original living being. By Him even the great sages and demigods are placed into illusion, as one is bewildered by the illusory representations of water seen in fire, or land seen on water. Only because of Him do the material universes, temporarily manifested by the reactions of the three modes of nature, appear factual, although they are unreal. I therefore meditate upon Him, Lord Çré Kåñëa, who is eternally existent in the transcendental abode, which is forever free from the illusory representations of the material world. I meditate upon Him, for He is the Absolute Truth.

janmädy asya yato janma-ädi—creation, sustenance and destruction; asya—of the manifested universes; yataù—from whom “I meditate upon Lord Çré Kåñëa because He is the Absolute Truth and the primeval cause of all causes of the creation, sustenance and destruction of the manifested universes.”

Ten subjects of Bhagavatam sarga (the elemental creation), visarga (the secondary creation), sthanam (the planetary systems), poshanam (protection by the Lord), utayah (the creative impetus), manvantara (the periods of Manu), isha-anukatha (the science of God), nirodha (dissolution), mukti (liberation), and ashraya (the supreme shelter).

Creation Visarga Sarga (Sec. Creation) (Primary Creation) bhuta-matrendriya-dhiyam janma sarga udahritah "The elemental creation of sixteen principles of matter - namely the five gross elements (pancha-bhutas), the five objects of sense perception (tan-matras), the five knowledge acquiring senses (jnanendriyas) and the mind - is known as sarga." brahmano guna-vaishamyad visargah paurushah smritah "The secondary creation by Brahma carried out through the interaction of the three modes of nature is known as visarga." E.g. Engineer constructing building from building material. Engineer sec. creator and building material manuf. Primary creator.

Narada & Brahma’s conversation Narada asking from Brahma, “My dear father, what is the source of your knowledge? Under whose protection are you standing? And under whom are you working? What is your real position? Do you alone create all entities with material elements by your personal energy?” “As the spider very easily creates the network of its cobweb and manifests its power of creation without being defeated by others, so also you yourself, by employment of your self-sufficient energy, create without any other’s help.”

“Whatever we can understand by the nomenclature, characteristics and features of a particular thing—superior, inferior or equal, eternal or temporary—is not created from any source other than that of Your Lordship, thou so great.” “Yet we are moved to wonder about the existence of someone more powerful than you when we think of your great austerities in perfect discipline, although your good self is so powerful in the matter of creation.”

“My dear father, you know everything, and you are the controller of all. Therefore may all that I have inquired from you be kindly instructed to me so that I may be able to understand it as your student.” Brahma replied, “My dear boy Närada, being merciful to all (including me) you have asked all these questions because I have been inspired to see into the prowess of the Almighty Personality of Godhead.”

Whatever you have spoken about me is not false because unless and until one is aware of the Personality of Godhead, who is the ultimate truth beyond me, one is sure to be illusioned by observing my powerful activities. yena sva-rociñä viçvaà rocitaà rocayämy aham yathärko ’gnir yathä somo yatharkña-graha-tärakäù I create after the Lord’s creation by His personal effulgence [known as the brahmajyoti], just as when the sun manifests its fire, the moon, the firmament, the influential planets and the twinkling stars also manifest their brightness.

Brahma-Samhita confirms same yasya prabhä prabhavato jagad-aëòa-koöi- koöiñv açeña-vasudhädi-vibhüti-bhinnam tad brahma niñkalam anantam açeña-bhütaà govindam ädi-puruñaà tam ahaà bhajämi “I serve the Supreme Personality of Godhead Govinda, the primeval Lord, whose transcendental bodily effulgence, known as the brahmajyoti, which is unlimited, unfathomed and all-pervasive, is the cause of the creation of unlimited numbers of planets, etc., with varieties of climates and specific conditions of life.”

mäà vadanti jagad-gurum Glory of Lord tasmai namo bhagavate väsudeväya dhémahi yan-mäyayä durjayayä mäà vadanti jagad-gurum I offer my obeisances and meditate upon Lord Kåñëa [Väsudeva], the Personality of Godhead, whose invincible potency influences them [the less intelligent class of men] to call me the supreme controller.

Sustenance and Destruction; Also primarily carried out by the Lord Krsna alone in the form of Vishnu-murty as Ksirodakshayi Vishnu & Maha-Vishnu. Therefor Krsna is the source of everything creation, sustances and destruction and thus, janmädy asya yatah
